Aside from the actual diagnostic question, there's the fact that you're not eating "intuitively," if you will. I do this, too, so some extent -- there's always that voice in my head saying "clean your plate..."
Therapy is a good option for dealing with this. One of the short term, behavior oriented models can maybe help you learn to listen to your body's hunger signals, rather than ignoring them.
