I know it's hard not to be suicdal, I have been there myself, if you get worse you should call someone or go to the closes ER for help. Try writting down why you think you feel that way and then write down your positive things, keep the positive list and put it somewhere you can see it all the time and read it and trash the negative sheet.
Somethings for your positive list, I'm giving, helpful, willing to help and a wonderful person. You can even put things on your positive list such as, I got up, showered, ate or even I brushed my teeth today.
Try not to be so hard on yourself and believe that you can over come this horrible feeling and I will be happy again. It will take time but please take care of yourself and see someone if thing get worse.
