You do need to get some sleep. If the benadryl doesn't work I've also at one time used Melatonin-it's a dietary supplement that promotes sleep. It's near the vitamins and things.
One of my vulneralbilities before I SI is lack of sleep. When I do not sleep I have worse judgment, am more likely to get really depressed, (athough sometimes I get a rush when I don't sleep), I'll let things get to me more, I won't think of better ways to cope,I'll start feeling unreal and I'll SI just to know I am, etc. GET SOME SLEEP it won't solve anything but you'll be better able to cope. hope this helps.
