So I think I will have to cancel the social worker as I'm having the most problems with meds AND I can't just have NO appointments left for the rest of the year because Murphey's Law says I'll go "whacko" in the last two months of the year. What to do?? When I see my pdoc Monday, I'll have to talk to her about it, it seems.
Hi Moose72
I'm not quite familiar with how your medical system works there but in Oz we have Medicare where you can have 12 sessions per year with a t and if your G.P. thinks you need more then they can extend it up to 18 or more sessions .... in terms of your situation I think you should just use what sessions you have left with your t and at the same time ring your insurance co and see if you can get more (if you need them)......personally I find it reassuring to know I have them available even if I don't avail myself of them. I hope this helps
