I don't think that it is wrong to not have a fav memory so don't push yourself so hard to think of one. I really had a tough time thinking of my fav memory too so I never posted one but remember it can be as simple as sitting in your room by yourself and singing your fav song. Your fav memory doesn't have to be anything to complicated just a time that you enjoyed yourself if only for a minute. If you can't think of one don't worry it's hard to remember good times when you are battling depression.
