I understand what you are saying when you say that you DO KNow what to do but you don`t always feel its o.k

i think that the reason for your actions should be mroe love than justice. You don`t HAVE to do anyting for your parent. it`s all up to you...how you feel about it...if you want to helep them. trying to help them, it`s fine...

but NOTHING will help some1 who doesnt want to help himself.

And anyways it will be bad for your parents to become dependent on you. So you can leave their issues to them and focus on licking your wounds. They are both adolts and they cna and should take care of themselves.

If they were lousy parets...its no surprise that you werent getting along well before. and that you have mental issues...you don`t owe them much. you`re o.k.
