I saw Pdoc today for med check. Im bipolar and have lots of anxiety (who doesnt?)

She always writes me a receipt for my payment and puts the DSM code on it for what Im being treated for. So usually its just says 296.896 (bipolar 2)

But today it has 2 more codes on it 300.02 and 300.01. These codes are for Panic Disorder w/o agorophobia and generalized anxiety disorder. I have been treated for anxiety by her before. Why did she put these codes on there this time? Her center is sliding scale and doesnt accept insurance so shes not submitting it to be claimed.

Is this some dx or what?
