Hi Alexiel ...btw what a pretty name.

I used to go up and down as a teen nothing major, but then began to starve myself for control issues.

My older sister on the other hand had issues of being overweight most of her life especially when she was down or stressed it seemed to be worse.

She seems to "medicate" herself by overeating. Using food for comfort. She feels she's treating herself because she's had a bad day etc. She doesn't at times even realize (so she says) that she is overeating.

I think she does and that she's in denial. Unfortunately, it's gotten pretty bad at this point. I'm close with her and I feel for her. I'm worried for her, but anyway.

I don't know if you can relate to any of this. Just thought I'd throw that out there if you can.
