Anniversarries are a hard thing to get through - mine is in November too - we can both get through this - i tell myself its just a day - i know it's not but i can tell you that this year for me is not as bad as last year - still bad but i have more tools to help this year and i hope its the same for you - you can get through this because you have before and its the aniversarie not the actual day and if you survived that day you can survive this - the day will come and go and everyone here is here to support you through it .
