Funny, I pull my hair too when I am anxious or hypomanic. And especially when starting a mood change. I haven't tried the sticky thing yet, sounds interesting. What I try to use as an alternative to grasping fistfuls of hair is I cut off about 4" from a very hard flexible, thick straw (can only order online or perhaps find them in some medical suppy stores). I chew on it. It helps to relieve the pent up energy, provides that stimulation needed. Pulling my hair and chewing on a straw wouldn't look good at the office (although I catch myself hairpulling at work sometimes--agh!) The sticky labels might work though, hah. I'll have to give it a try. I guess we're both fruit loops--nice club. Happy days, Journeyupward
