Go hide out if you need to, but the other things you need to are: tell yourself you are great, tell yourself you worthwhile, tell yourself that the bad times will not last forever, tell yourself that you are struggling right now but are strong, tell yourself that the other thing you want to do will not--will not--make things better, tell yourself that you are worth more than hurting your body, tell yourself you love yourself.
