I am struggling with those kind of feelings lately too so I will tell you what my T told me last night on the subject. She said to remember that they are just thoughts and as long as you don't plan on acting on them to just let them be thoughts. Thoughts pass naturally through our minds, in and out they are just feelings. I know how disturbing these kind of things can be, try doing things that you enjoy sometimes that is helpful for me. Last night I sat around the computer listening to music with my kids, all of us were singing as loud as we could, I can't tell you how much help that was to me. What I am trying to say is it can be something very simple that brings you back from the deeps of depression if only for a minute. I know that a week seems like a long time but at least now you know that help is on the way.
