don't worry about the words. they will come once you are deep enough into what you're feeling.
and try not to 'figure out' everything or force out any sense you make of the matter ... it will also come. slowly, yes. but remember, its a process, a learning process.
whatever it is that you're feeling, even if you can't describe it, is okay to feel. just let it happen, and it is only then that you will be able to move past it.
