hunny, if you're scared please get help, talk to your doc or pdoc and tell them your meds aren't working
and talk to them about heaaring your name? is it not better to get help with it than for it to keep happening and it scaring you?

I know how hard it is to do something you're really scared of, but if it helps you it has to be worth it?
