http://www.sparkpeople.com (it's free) and that's about changing one's lifestyle (instead of dieting) and it is working well for me. It sounds similar to some of what your book is about. But they focus on nutrition and not starving, etc. and give you tools and community and education to work with. They were voted #1 health site by Business Week the last 3 years in a row. I've lost over 40 pounds since May, only about another 80 to go :-)
