Hello...I am sorry to hear about your high BP. If you don't want to take meds, I would try some natural treatments to see if any of those work...some of them are changing to less processed foods, weight loss, apple cider vinegar, potassium, exercise, etc. You can check the search engine and look for other natural treatments... Lower carb eating seems to help a lot of people that I know...
