SWEET!! WE HAVE PROGRESS!!! You said 'FALL' and not 'FAIL'!!!! That is such progress!!! Whoo-hooo!! That right there should make you smile!! YOU are not the reason--depression and a myriad of other things that are out of your control cause the falls. It's the reaction to them that you have a modicum of control over (not total, but some). If no one is willing to help you with your work, what happens when you are gone? Does it just not get done or do they delegate? If they delegate it to others, take some time off (which would be healthy anyways). Start with the top and work your way down. Accept that you won't get through all of it today, but it all shouldn't have to be gotten through today. Take a deep breath and a step away and look at it as if you were prioritizing for someone else, someone came to you for help on this stack of work, what would you do? You wouldn't blame them and tell them they are worthless, you would help them find a way to make it workable, break it down into little bits. It's work--you are more important than it is. Do not--do not!--let it tear you up (I know, pot calling kettle black, except I want to be the kettle this time, so it's the kettle calling the pot black!)

. Point is, you my dear friend are worth much more than a stack of papers and lines on the computer to be done. You are worth the world!
