Lamictal has helped me tremendously, I don't understand why I wasn't prescribed to me sooner! Apparently it's considered to be the first choice for bipolar type 2's. Coincidentally, Lamictal is an epilepsy medication - and the only other medication that has helped me as much as Lamictal was Toperimate; which is also an epilepsy medication.
