i'm sorry you have had to go in, it's not a fun place. i respect you for taking care of yourself, that can be very hard to do.
i had to go in 3 times, the longest for 2 1/2 weeks when i was released because my lack of insurance = recovery to the system.
the last time was 15 years ago, so there can be a good outcome and a way to recover outside the hospital. they are mostly for stabilizing folks now days.
draw on the support here and do what you must to protect your temporarily fragile serenity. the hospital is actually easier than real life and you will be able to make it! you sure look like a survivor to me. hugs and prayers,
