Hello,

I ended a pretty long friendship myself two years ago. My friend and I became good friends our junior year and high school and we both went to the same college and were even roommates. At the end of the second semester of our sophomore year, I moved out of our apartment and into a new one because after having lived with her for one and a half years, I realized that she wasn't the person I thought she was. Sometimes you just have to do what you know is right, regardless of how much it hurts to do it. I know that you were probably good friends with this girl, but one of the many bonds that holds a frienship together is trust. And since you lost that sense of trust, you may find it easy to lose other things as well, such as respect and compassion. What you need to do is just sit down with her and talk about how you feel and go from there. I hope this helps and I wish you the best.
