Maybe you should try differnt ways to experss yourlsef, then we could help you.
I do not know you that well. but do not leave. i would hate to see anyone leave unless they truly no longer needed us, or no longer thought it was helpful..
But Val, Please understand we are all in some sort of bad place on a daily basis, so we may say or do things we do not mean, or mean to say..
