Can you get into therapy too? That would help a lot.

For now can you make sure that you have healthy things to do to keep yourself occupied? You can create a plan to experiment with, make a list of things you can do when you feel a twinge of possible upset concerning your boyfriend's activities.

You can even post regularly about your work on developing new habits.
