I am sorry that you are feeling bad, monday T had me do this exercise where you write down a list of things that make you happy, it really helped to lighten my mood. We did this in a group therapy session and some of the lists were very entertaining, the exercise is to get you to change your prospective on things, I don't know if trying that would help it's probably worth a try.
