Candybear, I'm just like you, though I go to bed aroun 4-6am and wake up around 4-5pm. And since I live in the arctic, there's no sunlight here at all during the day; at best we get 1 hour. x) Yay arctic!
I can't get anything done, and I'm NOT depressed - but fatigue is a side effect of the current medication I'm on, plus I've been iron deficient (borderline anemic if I don't pay attention) since childhood. Usually the deficiency isn't a problem (and I take my iron every day), but combined with extra fatigue from the meds - I end up like this.
I don't even have the energy to do laundry, my place is a mess atm.
Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency, and it leads to fatigue, so get that checked. If it's not iron deficiency, I'm putting my money on seasonal depression.
