Hey, how long have you had your therapist(bit worried about generalisation on "mid-life crisis")? Don't think there is a cap on age for mid-life crisis but 34 is a bit young. Have you had your hormone levels checked? I am 35 and I have run into trouble with gynaelogical issues and also problems with my thyroid(part of the endocrine system). I was diagnosed bipolar last year but have had mental health issues for years. I am on lithium. Ask alot more questions. I have become a seasoned cynic and often pull my therapists up on stuff if I don't agree as well as my GP. U got to grab your treatment by the balls. U deserve no less. If it doesn't sound right, fight it. For years I did whatever was asked of me because I am mentally ill and I didn't believe I had any power or trust in my own body to send me the right messages. Bugger that(aussie slang)! Say no to silly ideas!
