I was so upset, yet I didn't want to appear manipulative by asking for your comfort. I had to 'get out there' with my feelings cos I was scared I would not post again if I didn't.

My feelings go up and down like a rollercoaster at the moment. I am torn between trusting and not trusting, its hard.

I am so shattered today, but I couldn't not acknowledge you. I found out someone I cared about has died today - and it makes me question the whole meaning of life.
