Thanks so much for the information, pegasus. It helped to calm me down on this a bit.

Well, I think it's going to be just fine. I talked to hubby who's burned his eyes with metal even before, and he said that it takes a few days to heal but it will more than likely be just fine. He said it's probably more irritated from the foreign stuff in there (ash) than anything.

As of now, about an hour since my last check in, the vision is even more improved. YAYAYAY. I still have a shadow, or double, right-handed vision but it's less and it's alot less blurry. I can now read what's here when covering my good eye!

Wow, this is a first for me and I thank you so much for sitting with me through it. I was, and still am a bit, really anxious!
