are you guys all working? because i'm sure not.

just to stay vaguely on topic. part of my OCD issues is noise sensitivity, not being able to control my environment, and included in that is if someone is playing music or listening to loud TV upstairs or something. i completely lost my **** when we moved to a new noisy apartment earlier this year, which is why i started getting treatment in the first place.

right now however there is a massive party going on two doors down with extremely loud music, and i am feeling chill. boy am i grateful for this.
