It means at the moment, you think you're well adjusted, don't have anything you feel you should work on :-) It's a self-reporting test so everything is about "you"; you can't compare to anyone else since you're replying for how you feel. There's nothing about boring, it's not related to that :-) You may be boring but this particular quiz doesn't comment on that.
