it sounds scary right now and there are conflicts. i know you can find a way to work things out with some help. i guess i wish you would find a way to protect the 3year old part of you, she needs it. there are ways to get feelings and things out without hurting each other in this system.
please do not cut. it will not really help anyone and it hurts the body you must share and frightens the littler ones. it is not good to hurt them.
