happened to see your post before signing off. sorry another sad day for you. i'm glad you check in often cause we care about you. is anything in particular bothering you today? sometimes by talking about how we feel it helps. that way we can try to help you heal or perhaps have a happier day. 
i'm still anxious about going on my trip but will muster the courage cause i want to go...confusing, isn't it?
be kind to yourself. so many of us suffer alone. that isn't necessary for anyone at PC so hope that puts a smile on your face.
