Hi Martyn, welcome. I don't think that diagnoses are all that valuable. I think what helps is working on the issues. You didn't have a good upbringing and you were bullied. This would have kept you from learning social skills, having a healthy self-esteem, learning healthy boundaries, etc., etc., etc. All of these things can be worked on and you can then have a better life. This is what I did. Do you have a therapist?
