i care and wish i could lend you one of my protector alts to stand in front of you and keep you safe while you sit quietly in the corner and have some peace and quiet.
i'm very glad you see the need to take good care of yourself and not be mean to yourself. i have been learning that too! it's important to be kind and nice to yourself.
some of the bad people who hurt me trained me to be bad to myself and to keep abusing myself after they were gone from my life. that has stopped now that i got some help from my C and she showed me i was being like them to my own self and that is NOT what i want to do. so, i'm learning to be good to my alts. we all matter just the same!
