Sweety, have you heard from the t your doc recommended yet? Be aggressive in contacting them if you don't hear from them. I'm proud of you for recognizing you are getting weak and need to sleep and eat. I'm sure you know all these but make sure to try some: exercise a couple hours before bed, turn down the lights a couple hours before bed, try some yoga or meditating, no caffeine, when you're laying down, start at your toes and tense the muscles and release them and when you release your muscles release your thoughts--do that for all your muscles all the way up to your neck.
