Positive Affirmations

Affirmations are a technique you can use to strengthen your thinking about yourself.
A definition of an affirmation is : A STRONG POSITIVE STATEMENT THAT YOU DO NOT BELIEVE, BUT WANT TO.
It is a form of re programming your mind with clear, healthy and positive statements, which will bring positive awareness about yourself. The mind operates on deep feelings and repetition so if you hear something often enough, you start to believe it. !
You do not have to be perfect to feel good. If you include your own name when saying the affirmation, you are reinforcing the strength of it's appeal to your subconscious.
If you find this difficult, you can write them down instead.
REPEAT THEM AND YOU KEEP THEM.
