that's exactly it! I turn into a frozen blob that cant think of feel or speak - but inside - down in the darkest part - a child is screaming to be let out - to be free and run away from the darkness that shes lived in forever - i close my eyes and wait for it to pass.....
Weyered up - have you discussed this with you dr? if you think it could be meds then they could look at that for you -mine i think is triggered by stress -my T said its my brains way of shutting everythng down till it felt safe to start again - a bit like re-booting a computer when it freezes on you - take care everyone P7
