CThomas...I know about the holidaze...I obsess about the little things like did I get the right gift what if they don't like it..what if the kids realize its from a garage sale and say ick. I don't have to worry about it because the kids in our family just appreciate the gift and give you a hug anyway but I still obsess about that. I also worry about will I say the right thing or look right etc.

I think holidays are bad for people with mental illness just generally I could be wrong but that is just my experience.
