My former T Steve always tried to get me to use affirmations and I resisted to no end and I try to use them now in his memory. When I do use them it does seem to work to break up the thought process. When a bad thought pops in my head if I can remember to I'll try to block with an affirmation and it usually helps but I don't use it to my advantage all the time.
Thanks for this list. When I get more ink for my printer I'm going to print them out and carry them with me.
