over the past month, ive gained six pounds. and i have absolutely no idea why. ive gone up a whole bloody jeans size and now my arms and stomach are really flabby. and i dont know why. im active, i play badminton for an hour twice a week, netball one hour a week, and rock climbing for about two.
im a vegitarian and i dont eat junk food, crisps or sweets or w/e
ive tried lowering my calorie intake to 1500 calories and it makes no difference. ive tried getting more exersise but my weight keeps increrasing. wth????
ive recently found out i'm slightly anemic, but i dont think theres anything else health-wise.
does anyone know why it keeps going up?
