what about calling someone to set up an appointment to talk? If that's not an option for whatever reason, maybe going out will help...if you are able to get out of the house, go for a walk, go to a store and just walk around, sometimes just being around others helps. Maybe a priest or other religious leader? I know you believe in God, so even if you don't belong to a church, find one and go in, talk to someone there. You shouldn't be dealing with the feelings alone.
