Been doing yoga... I have been sleeping a little better... I don't wake up as often, but I still have nightmares. I can't always remember them now though, but I can't decide if that's better or not because I wake up panicky and depressed and I don't know why.
I'll check melatonin out... I'd heard it mentioned before, but didn't know that was herbal.
I'm just unwell today... think I've got a stomach bug... so obviously it's making me feel worse. As well as that some money of mine has gone walk abouts from my bedroom... and I'm really annoyed about that. Plus, my dads playing up and *HUGE sigh* yeh, I just feel awful.
