My husband went out for a few hours last night and I took the time to cry my eyes out. Mostly I cried about giving up my dogs. It's unbelievable how intertwined they were with my every move and thought. It did me a world of good to cry for hours though. I know that I'll cry again but I think the deep, sobbing cry is done for now. Thanks for all the hugs and love.

"What is Real? asked the Velveteen Rabbit one day.
"Real isn't how you are made," said the Skin Horse. "It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real."
"Does it hurt?" asked the Rabbit.
"Sometimes," said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. "When you are Real you don't mind being hurt."
