Well, I haven't updated in a while. Down is right. It was a bit hasty. Some things that are too drawn out to go into have happened. I've offered her 3 options. 1... get out now and put stuff in storage. 2... accept a 30 day eviction notice. That way it's official. 3... stay till October and pay rent. After the things that happened, I'll be able to handle the situation if she decides to stay. She's got till Tuesday to decide. If she stays, she'll be paying rent to me the whole time. Anyway, thanks for the input. I think the hand was a little TOO firm. Still have a firm one but not a brutal one. Tuesday's the deadline. Then it's pay up or move out.
