Grey Goose -- This is an amazing accomplishment. Do you understand that? You can get dozens of posts saying that "we're proud of you" but the really important thing is that YOU salute yourself and be proud of yourself and understand how phenomenol what you did is.

Often, when people are low we are told to take pride because we . . . took a shower . . . left the house and sat on the front steps . . . worked for a few minutes or an hour.

You spent a whole day doing something wonderful and have a wonderful accomplishment to show for it.

I hope your head is getting too big to fit through the door with self-pride.
