My T doesn't do email. He has VM where I can call and leave a message any time. He is very good at returning calls. I'm just not good at calling asking for help!

The patient's job is to repeat in the therapy all the stuff that has been disastrous before. The T's job is to not let it happen, but to point out how it is happening.
