yay ^^
gogo!
you've already made it partly in once
that's a huge step

I"m so glad you did
Is there anything specific that scared you about it?
It's just a room... I dunno how yours looks but in my school, it's a bit like a doctors office really, there's a receptionist, a waiting room, and a bunch of rooms for the patients to go to (for talk therapy, and maybe for a talk about meds). Sure doctors give you shots and icky stuff sometimes, but we all go to them. We get used to them.
When I was little, I hated the doctor (probably like loads of people)
And ya.... I HATED shots. I'd scream and try to get away they had to hold me down x.x yaaa that wasn't fun
Over time though, I've gotten used to it
my approach is more like
*sigh* here we go again *rolls eyes* at least I wont get whatever disease they're preventing *oooo it's over?*
Talk therapy has been like that for me too. I was SCARED the first time. I looked around, made sure no one was looking, basically crawled into the place. Now, it's more of a *sigh* here it goes again... gotta do it, gotta get better *walks in* *talks* *tries to get better*
Go today

Walk in, crawl in even. Just make it there
You need it, you should get it

definitely tell me how it goes
