You are right unfortunately, most people don't know how to deal with wheelchairs. Hopefully he will settle in and eventually not be uncomfortable. I have leg braces I wear occassionaly for the muscual dystrophy and when I go into stores with them you'd think I was walking naked or something, the way people look. Actually what irritates me is when little look and ask their parents and their parents say "stop it, she'll hear you" or "that's none of your business". For goodness sake!! Anyway, rant over! Just wanted to check in and see if you are still floating on cloud 9?
