(((((((((((((((Jacob)))))))))))))) I used to think I was possessed at one time. Thankfully T helped me see and accept that it was parts of my brain. T says all parts have a job and while sometimes it seems on the outside that a part might be doing destructive things, there are reasons why they do the things they do. Everything for us is about survival and there was a time that whatever was going on was to help us survive. You are as important as any other part and I'm so glad you are working hard at keeping the body safe. You are not alone. Welcome to PC.
