I've been in therapy with my T for over 10 years now. I had no idea how messed up I was when I started. But she does lots of long term therapy so I have no idea if I'm her longest running client or not.

Part of me can't believe I'm still in therapy, particularly when I think about what it's costing me, but I know I still have a lot of issues to work on.
