you're doing the best you all are able at this time and that is fantastic!! Learning from yourself and others is a great way to work on things.

I know how much you dislike the hospital so I am glad to hear you have stayed safe. Please continue to do so.

We all have to learn somehow so think of this like a really big classroom in which we're all learning together and learning how to be here in a supportive way while still receiving the things we need. We're all sooooooooo different and that is what makes this place wonderful and challenging all at the same time.

Every day here is a learning experience for me. I'm part of the learning curve as well ya know!
